Two bedroom apartment in a central location in Benalmádena, next to Paloma park (Parque de la Paloma). The secluded top-floor 18m² sun terrace has a sea view to the south, chairs and tables and two sun recliners. There is a partially glazed balcony in the bottom floor, which is well suited for breakfast or afternoon tapas. Free wifi!
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, balcony and sun terrace. Pueblo del Parque has been built in traditional Andalusian style. The gated community has two large swimming pools and well kept garden. Both of the pools were fully renovated in 2018.
The entrance to the apartment is in 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The let is for maximum 4 adults, there is no possibility for extra beds, but we can arrange a baby cot if needed. Please give us sufficient advance notice.

We are a Finnish couple who likes traveling. We love the sun, the sea, and especially the lively people and atmosphere of this region. You'll feel right at home here! Benalmádena is a charming beautiful town, with lots to see and do for the active traveler.
You can do a nice day tour for example to Benalmádena Pueblo, a charming old town on the hill with amazing views over the entire coastal region. You can easily get to Benalmádena Pueblo with bus 103, which has bus stops just next to the community on Calle Boulevard.
The city of Málaga is just a short train ride away, with lots of sights, chick marina, and lots of trendy cafes and restaurants.
About the area
About the area
The location is central: the Paloma park and the Selwo Marina marine park are just next door. There is a 10-min walk to both the Arroyo de la Miel train station and the beach. A leisurely stroll on the beach esplanade takes you to Puerto Marina. The apartment itself is on peaceful, next to a quiet side street. You don't necessarily need to rent a car, as all services, shops and numerous restaurants and cafes are close by!
Benalmádena is serviced by the international Málaga airport, which is only 30 minutes away by train or 20 minutes by taxi from Benalmádena.
